Pretty Umbrellas Anyone?

Umbrellas can be so boring.....Not anymore! Just take a shower curtain liner and cut it into strips, add to the umbrella and you will have a gorgeous umbrella!!!!!! Check out the tutorial over at Dollar Store Crafts! What a fun idea!!!!
